Job Context:
∎ As a GBVIMS senior officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring RI GBVIMS+ Primero and all case data-based quality and enhancement capacity of RI GBV case management national staffs on GBVIMS+ Primero and case data-based system. Your supervisor will be GBV coordinator and dotted-line supervisor will be SGBV Manager. You will assist SGBV manager in implementation of SASA! Together program and other community-based protection.
∎ Duty Station: Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh
∎ Report To: GBV Coordinator and SGBV Manager is dotted-line supervisor
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Up to 31st December, 2022 (With possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
∎ Under the guidance of the GBV Coordinator and SGBV Manager, the GBVIMS Senior Officer will be responsible for-
∎ Oversee all RI GBVIMS+ Primero and ensuring the case management filing system and data management quality.
∎ Take leading role on GBVIMS+ Primero supervision.
∎ Develop capacity planning to RI national staffs in GBVIMS+ Primero, case management filing, data protection policies in related internal case management.
∎ Provide training/ workshop related information management to RI staffs and other GBV agency.
∎ Preparation to learn equipped and inspired to implement of SASA! Together
∎ Attend basic concept of SASA! Together training
∎ Attend SASA! Together Community Assessment Survey Training
∎ Attend SASA! Together training on learning and assessment tools (expected to organize Technical Assistance by UNHCR)
∎ Assist learning and assessment for Relief International protection program especially SASA! Together methodology
∎ Design and organize learning and assessment process throughout SASA! Together phase.
∎ Provide training to data collector on research ethics, principle and quality interview and/or data collection.
∎ Close collaborate with other department M & E staffs to produce program quality outcome and document lesson learned to disseminate to RI.
∎ Work closely with GBV coordinator and SGBV Manager, and produce monthly report or as requirement.
∎ Coordinate with protection program colleagues and other RI program, HR, finance and operation.
∎ Represent RI in GBVIMS Taskforce and other requirement by Protection Program Manager.
∎ Ensure written reports to donors and RI senior staff are of the highest quality and completed in a timely manner.
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by the Protection Program Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least three years of Experience. Experience in GBV case management and familiar with GBVIMS .
∎ Excellent in ICT skill.
∎ Experienced in GBV supervision (Preferable).
∎ Able to provide training in GBVIMS+ Primero and other technique in information management.
∎ Must adhere to GBV Core Guiding Principles and international humanitarian principles and standards for GBViE.
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable.
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others.
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English.
∎ Enthusiasm to learn.
∎ Optimistic and friendly.
∎ Flexible.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one Gross salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly Gross salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary
