Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in social science/Social welfare/ Psychology/Law/Gender studies.
∎ Postgraduate degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall activities accomplish within the time frame in an accurate way.
∎ Oversee and ensure Peoples Corner operations and service delivery to the vulnerable community according to Project design documents.
∎ Implement and oversee approaches /models/tools of Peoples Corner/Male Engagement, EMAP, and COC, girl shine that contribute to competency development and integration of advocacy which contribute to positive changes in people’s behavior ending Gender Based violence through, and Sub Sector policies and practices.
∎ Ensure quality implementation of activities according to DIP, Budget & Activities Narrative.
∎ Support the response program to achieve the organizational vision, mission, and program objectives.
∎ Implement GBV activities at the field level in coordination with other, prevention officers, response office, adolescent and youth officers, training officers and in consultation with the Coordinator/Project Manager
∎ Closely work with the finance, supply chain, P&C, security, and other internal department to smooth the implementation of the project.
∎ Take full responsibility for project implementation in the absence of the manager.
∎ Ensure timely and proper implementation prevention activities.
∎ Write up activity reports events, reports, monthly narratives, and progress reports Liaison and coordination with CiC office, related to monthly NGO reports, work plans, project completion reports, and needs assessment-related documents.
∎ Prepare and implement the work plan according to project activities.
∎ Implement Day to Day operations of Peoples Corner at Camp according to project documents.
∎ Motivate and ensure teamwork among Peoples GBV prevention associate volunteers for greater ministry impact, in the community.
∎ Work in liaison with CiC, Camp management agencies, service providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
∎ Take full responsibility for quality implementation of Peoples Corner, GBV, outreach, home visit, and monitoring the activities.
∎ Coordinate with sector-based agencies in the camps to ensure inter-agency guidelines, GBV minimum standards, and World Vision International standards for implementing GBV-related activities in emergencies as well as gender mainstreaming.
∎ Organize meetings, sessions, and training with men, boys, service providers, stakeholders, as well as faith groups and other committees/ groups to ensure effective participation and support in the respective project activities.
∎ Take full responsivity for the quality implementation of the life skills curriculum (EMAP, Men care model, COC, and girl shine, etc.) for the great ministry of impact in the community.
∎ Develop & keep tracking regular monthly, quarterly, and annual target achievement records of Beneficiaries and Budget both in hard and soft copies. • To ensure gender mainstreaming in another project, the intervention of the WVB project • Actively support pre-distribution activities in NFI distribution, i.e., beneficiary assessment and sensitization.
∎ Organize the awareness-raising campaign event/program at the community level in the camp area coordinating with different stakeholders.
∎ Enhance and train Prevention Assistants, Host and Rohingya community Volunteers, men & boys, community leaders, and religious leaders on GBV prevention and response.
∎ Train the volunteer for effective community mobilization for smooth implementation of activities.
∎ Safely and accurately maintain standard operating procedures, link up survivors who wish to disclose and seek support for their GBV experiences with GBV case management services offered at the WGSS centers.
∎ Disseminate information/ updated referral pathway to the community on where and how to report GBV incidences and encourage reporting.
∎ Document and share key GBV risks identified during the implementation.
∎ Engage the community in participatory exercises to develop community-levels IEC materials at community-level sessions.
∎ Assist communities in identifying their priorities, opportunities, and resources for effective GBV prevention & response, participation, and psychosocial project implementation.
∎ Establish and liaise closely with other partners, agencies, and local leaders regarding project activities to ensure a coordinated approach to project implementation, including participation in relevant workshops, and meetings and to keep the GBV Manager informed.
∎ Attend all meetings at the sub-sector level and protection working group.
∎ Establish network/coalition with like-minded organizations on GBV issues and initiate joint advocacy.
∎ Prepare sub-project proposals, purchase requests, and relevant documents in advance to facilitate the implementation of planned activities.
∎ Track and manage project budget lines assigned.
∎ Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Clear Understanding of the issues the project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge of current development and emergency issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skills to report write writing
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ The baseline survey, Evaluation, and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skills in Training, Seminars, and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skills
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command of English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to local culture and situation
∎ Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
∎ World Vision experience & life skills-based curriculum (EMAP, COC, Men care model)
