∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare DIP, and cash flow following the project proposal.
∎ Design training and Provide opportunities for capacity building to all the SGBV team on general SGBV interventions among other relevant issues.
∎ Conduct regular supervision meetings with the Sr. Response officer, Sr. Prevention officer, psychologist, Sr. life skills officer, training officer, Case management and prevention associate, and MEAL officer to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all the project interventions at the camp and host community.
∎ Ensure that the Sr. Response Officer does follow up on cases and ensures all cases are managed within acceptable timelines and manner.
∎ Ensure internal and external referral mechanisms (with other sectors) are in place and cases are appropriately managed and followed up when referred.
∎ Ensure safeguarding compliance (this includes visitors and media protocols, partnering with communities and other agencies or CBOs, and children participation) with World Vision's policies, PSEA standards, and guidelines.
∎ Take the lead in the camp-level implementation of SGBV program interventions, manage and support the SGBV Program Implementation Team including Coaching with clear standards of accountability.
∎ Collaborate with teams to generate activity concept notes and review financial reports to maintain accurate spending reports and up-to-date budgets even manually.
∎ Work closely with other departments/teams at BRCR such as SCM, Finance, Administration, and Government liaison for smooth and quality implementation.
∎ Consult to donor team in the absence of the project manager for necessary amendments to the project plan.
∎ Closely collaborate with all humanitarian program teams for the integration of GBV and protection issues in all activities.
∎ Closely work with sector lead, managers, and project manager to develop a budget, concept note, up-to-date trends, and context bases.
∎ Work closely with MEAL, Finance, GAM, program team to finalize the proposal, budget, concept note, and other documents related to the new project.
∎ Collaborate with local authorities and other actors, and agencies to lead GBV need assessment, identify the GBV risk, project area selection, and set strategies and risk mitigation.
∎ Ensure the key strategic documents related to GBV are understood and internalized by those who are either contributing to the evidence base or responsible for the representation of organizational objectives at the district, regional or national level.
∎ Participate annual/quarterly strategic workshops, regular internal program planning, and review meeting for the GBV program, also contribute to the annual, quarterly, and half-yearly reports.
∎ Provide technical input in GBV strategic development, and project design, and ensure quality implementation of GBV projects as per quality standards.
∎ Ensure all GBV project activities and installations refer to GBV technical guidelines and checklist, and government standards and are aligned with internal and external Strategic Objectives.
∎ Facilitate donor field visits to ensure proper communication and relationships between World Vision and communities.
∎ Arrange training, session, and workshops, for GBV and other humanitarian projects' staff-based needs and assessment to ensure a quality team is full knowledge of GBV and protection-related issues so that they can prevent and respond to GBV and protection issues.
∎ Take the lead in dignity kits / NFI distribution for the most vulnerable community people, especially women, and girls. Provide technical support in beneficiary selection, need assessment, and post-distribution monitoring.
∎ Ensure constant and transparent communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including community members, community leaders, and families.
∎ Ensure that files, registers, and computer databases are used in an appropriate and correct manner and ensure caseworkers adhere to proper documentation and data protection protocols.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proficient English communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ Advance knowledge of GBV concepts and standards, Gender Markers, CPIMS+ Red Cross, and NGO Code of Conduct.
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team-building background.
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations, and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationships.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multicultural environment.
∎ Familiar with WGS, Case management, peacebuilding, community engagement, and adolescent engagement, diferent life skill curriculum.
∎ Appropriate communication skills and approachable.
∎ Must have no history of violation of children's rights.
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to the team-building environment.
∎ Working with computer data and data management.
∎ Past exposure to working in GBV coordination or case management.
∎ Awareness of children's rights.
