Job Context:
∎ RTM International is going to appoint a skilled professional for the following position funded by UNHCR "Provision of Health and GBV Response Services to Rohingya Refugees in Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh".Those who consider themselves eligible and willing to be based in Ukhiya, Coxs Bazar may apply.
∎ Duration: 09 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the GBV program (with all its elements) implemented by RTM in the Rohingya Refugee camps.
∎ Provide ongoing technical support and capacity building to GBV staff during program implementation period.
∎ Ensure the implementation of case management and psychosocial interventions activities.
∎ Oversee the development of community networks of Refugee volunteers to enhance GBV prevention and response mechanisms at the community level.
∎ Provide guidance on information-sharing and data management systems
∎ Compile monthly and quarterly reports, on time and with accurate data
∎ Identify training needs for the GBV team and support the organization and facilitation of training to meet identified needs, in collaboration with the Project Coordinator.
∎ Maintain effective working relationships and liaison with donor (UNHCR) key stakeholders, including other service providers, government actors, community leaders, UN agencies, international and local NGOs, and other relevant actors.
∎ Assist in recruitment and support of qualified program staff as needed
∎ Regular field visits to support field teams.
∎ Attend SGBV sub-sector meetings.
∎ As the GBV team leader, responsible for achieving all target indicators set by UNHCR within the stipulated period.
∎ All other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years working experience in GBV sector. Experience of working with the Rohingya refugees (FDMN) in the camps will be given preference.
∎ Following capabilities are mandatory:
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Communication skill (oral and written both Bangla and English)
