Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree preferably in any discipline preferably in Social science/Social work / Psychology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Document and provide psychosocial and confidential services to survivors of GBV, grounded in IASC Guideline by following survivor-centered case management approach.
∎ Properly & Privately document beneficiary’s information through accurate filling of intake form & ensure confidential safe storage.
∎ Serious condition survivors referred by maintained ISCG referral pathway Guideline.
∎ Organize and arrange all activities like group counselling(PSS) at the SSWG & monitor Girl Shine session in host community near camp 19.
∎ Provide data monthly to the authorized person to update the IMS/DMS.
∎ Field visit & collect data and follow up the survivors remotely if required.
∎ Facilitate access by sexual assault survivors access to clinical care at the nearest facility
∎ Ethically and confidentially document client or beneficiary’s information through accurate filling of forms or master roles and ensure error free and safe storage
∎ Support the team to maintain client or beneficiary’s satisfaction.
∎ Join quarterly case review meeting with GBV response officer to updated case review information in-person/ face to face as well as online (if there is any health or environmental hazard like COVID).
∎ Maintain collaboration and cooperation with prevention team under supervision of response officer and Coordinator.
∎ Make timely consent based interagency referrals for survivors in need of other services and follow-up based on need.
∎ Follow-up with service providers, community based support groups and the survivors themselves to ensure GBV survivors receive timely support.
∎ Coordinate discrete home visits by the outreach volunteers that minimize potential risks to survivors and the involved staff in consultation with the response officer
∎ Strengthen and maintain networks with community leaders, women leaders, service providers and camp management to ensure that survivors receive compassionate support from the community
∎ Participate in psychosocial assessment of women and girls registering for women and girl safe activities and support the Psychologist to run group therapy and psycho education activities at the WGSS.
∎ Deliver ongoing mentorship to outreach volunteers supporting prevention and response work.
∎ Identify and build the capacity of community based groups to provide ongoing psychosocial support to GBV survivors to facilitate their long term recovery by linking them with Psychologist.
∎ Participate in capacity building of other service providers and community based structures to ensure that survivors receive compassionate support
∎ Knowledge sharing within the team members and support to others.
∎ Participate in the development of case management monitoring systems
∎ Complete the identification/listing of beneficiary make a compile report & preserve it as confidential
∎ Prepare and provide Monthly report.
∎ Monitor volunteers and facilitators regularly.
∎ Participate in analysis of the data on GBV reporting trends to inform selected areas
∎ Participate in interpretation of the analyzed data on GBV reporting trends to inform intervention areas
∎ Participate in preparation of relevant reports regarding project activities
∎ Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships.
∎ Collaboration with different key working groups and have exposure visit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergence issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skill
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
