∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write and coordinate the submission of funding applications to Institutional Donors, Trusts and Foundations.
∎ Lead on the account management of Institutional Donors, Trusts and Foundation partnerships ensuring regular contact, updates and reports are provided.
∎ To develop a deep understanding of CSID's overseas work to identify key matches with Institutional Donors, Trusts and Foundations who will be aligned with our work.
∎ To prepare compelling high quality funding proposals that are strategically relevant and attractive to new and existing Institutional Donors, trusts & foundations.
∎ To develop and maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of Institutional Donors, Trusts and Foundations.
∎ To promote all CSID policies including PSEA Policy, Child Protection Policy, etc. and abide by these at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of fundraising experience.
∎ Sound knowledge of the charity and disability sector.
∎ Experience managing a team.
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills in Both Bangla and English.
∎ A proven track record in writing successful high value fundraising proposals and budgets that secure funding from Institutional Donors, trust and foundations
∎ A thorough understanding of best practice in applying to Institutional Donors, trusts and foundations. High levels of numeracy and previous budget preparation experience.
∎ A good understanding of international development programmes.
∎ Understanding of disability issues and a passion and interest in work for them.
