Job Context:
∎ DM WATCH LIMITED is expanding its team for strong presence in web platforms using digital media and communication. We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is experienced in the web development field and interested to work with the DM WATCH LIMITED Team. Candidate must have the front-end and back-end development experience in Wordpress CMS as well as Advanced knowledge of digital activities, applications, techniques, tools, HTML code, Java, GIF, animation, browsers and GUI design related applications.
∎ Supervision: The person will work under the supervision of the Head of Strategic Communications & Partnership of DM WATCH LIMITED
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the business goal, business process and operational requirements of DM WATCH LIMITED as well as its Communication & Business Development (CBD) Division.
∎ UI/UX design, develop and revamp the company website and relevant web application in line with the emerging Digital Media Prospects of the company. Integrate data from various back-end web services and databases.
∎ Collaborate with graphics designers, content writers, cross-divisional contributors as well as clients to develop innovative, high-quality websites and landing pages on WordPress CMS.
∎ Work with the team as well as assigned stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs. Create and maintain software documentation.
∎ Update the existing website front-end and back-end design and development.
∎ Identify the bottleneck and fix bugs of new and existing developments.
∎ In line with Company's business development need manage SEO & SEM effectiveness.
∎ Build, test and deploy new web application as per the requirement.
∎ Write code as per the website and web application requirements.
∎ Write clean, reusable, responsive, lightweight, efficient and maintainable code.
∎ Develop new plugins/add-ons and update the existing plugins.
∎ Analyse and solve website performance issues, loading issues and errors.
∎ Maintain the website security, version update and hosting.
∎ Closely work with Digital content developer, graphic designer and AV content developer.
∎ Guide the team members and suggest management about latest technology, framework etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in front-end technologies e.g., HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, React.js etc.
∎ Working experience with front-end design tools e.g., Figma, Adobe XD
∎ Solid working experience in back-end technologies e.g., PHP, MySQL, Laravel, CodeIgniter
∎ Solid working experience in CMS e.g. WordPress, Joomla
∎ Experience in version control using Git
∎ Strong knowledge on WordPress speed optimization
∎ Strong understanding on Object Oriented Programming
∎ Knowledge on UI/UX design principles
∎ Knowledge on API development
∎ Knowledge on cPanel, Hosting, WHM
∎ Knowledge on Linux server, Apache, HTTP, DNS, SSH, FTP
∎ Knowledge on NGNX load balancing, backup, router etc.
∎ Ability to work in timeframe with self-responsibilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multiple assignment at a time
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Experience in Full Stack Web Development (Front End, Back-End)
∎ Experience in WordPress Development
∎ At least 5 years working experience in web/ software development
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be determined based on experience, skills and the outcome of the recruitment assessment
