Education:
∎ Minimum of bachelor’s degree in fine arts/graphic design/multi-media or any other relevant disciplines, with at least two years of practical experience of working as a graphic designer/ Digital Content Developer in media agency, production house and any other relevant industries.

∎ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other AI design tools is required.
∎ Ability to take photos and videos and prepare high-quality promotional videos by applying video-editing software.
∎ Understanding of design techniques, resources for design materials, and sources of design inspiration.
∎ Ability to work well within a team.
∎ Ability to work in an organized manner.
∎ Time management skills.
∎ Demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication.

∎ We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of “Graphic Designer”. S/he will be responsible for designing creative materials for both print and digital medium that aligns with the branding guidelines of DM WATCH LIMITED.
∎ Keep up with the design trends in both print and digital media, user Interface, color and font usage etc.
∎ Prepare social media contents (write-up, infographic and video) for both organization and project level activities according to social media strategy.
∎ Managing social media pages (posting content, reply comments, and messages).
∎ Preparation of blog and news article for website and social media.
∎ Plan, prepare, and revamp branding materials (Brochure, Flayer, Annual Reports, Notepad, Calendar etc).
∎ Maintain content calendar and branding materials inventory.
∎ Design documents produced by Research and Knowledge Management Division (e.g., reports, posters, brochures, one-pagers, invitation cards).
∎ Prepare designs according to the demand of the team members and finalize them incorporating feedback of the team members.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas, create content plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g., illustrations and infographics).
∎ Conduct field visits to take photos, videos; and prepare social media contents.
∎ Take pictures and videos of events and project activities.
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
