Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call the patient, collect the previous prescriptions and recent reports, and submit to the doctor.
∎ Call the patient at the doctor's given time for consultation and complete the fulfillment.
∎ Call the chamber patient and confirm their attendance and service fulfillment.
∎ Send the prescription to the last patients through WhatsApp, email, or text message.
∎ Ensure the acquisition and fulfillment of other services like medicine delivery,
∎ Maintain active communication with the doctors to maintain a good relationship.
∎ Daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the doctors on patient acquisition and visitation
∎ Maintain active communication with the doctor's compounder every week.
∎ Work closely with the supplier management team to ensure doctors are getting
∎ payments and reports.
∎ Work closely with marketing team to ensure all the doctors virtual presence and
∎ confirm orders through the channels.
∎ Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
∎ Send a customer satisfaction survey form to all the served patients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 months in any relevant work.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
