Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Proven backend development experience (3+ years), preferably supporting Flutter mobile applications

• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Dart (for backend with Dart Frog or Aqueduct frameworks), Node js, Python, Java, or Go.

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Familiarity with Flutter architecture and mobile app development workflows to better collaborate with frontend teams

• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and security best practices for backend systems.

• Experience integrating gamification features into backend logic is a plus.

• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as Firebate, AWS, or Google Cloud for backenst deployment and management

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

• Good communication skills to work effectively across teams.

• Integrate with backend APIs (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) to deliver real-time order books, trade history, balances, and market data.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility with responsive design principles.

• Implement client-side state management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil) for trading flows and user sessions.

• Optimize performance for low-latency rendering and high-frequency data updates.

• Work with product managers and UX designers to translate wireframes into functional features.

• Implement best practices for security (XSS, CSRF protection, secure authentication flows).

• Collaborate with backend engineers to define efficient API contracts.
