Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests during check-in and giving a sound farewell to guest while checkout.
∎ Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Oversee VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
∎ Have up to date information on daily room occupancy, arrivals and room requirements.
∎ Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards.
∎ Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities etc.
∎ Check on VIP reservations, complete their pre-registration formalities.
∎ Allocate rooms to all arriving guests.
∎ Maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages
∎ Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guest likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile.
∎ Co-ordinate with housekeeping for cleaning of rooms.
∎ Perform basic cashier activities as and when required.
∎ Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
∎ Follow the Standard rules and policies laid down by the management.
∎ Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 5-8 years of Front Office experience.
∎ Skills Required: Effective Communication, Excellent presentation, Fast Learner, Hospitality Management.
∎ Should have leadership aptitude, physically and mentally strong.
∎ Willing to extend working time if required.
∎ Overseas experience holders will get preference.
∎ Should possess strong networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English and Bangla as well as very good in listening.
∎ Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Familiar with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the front office activities smoothly.

Salary: Negotiable
