∎ Graduate / Masters in Hospitality Management.

Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality services and logistics support who organized training and workshops at Ava Center.
∎ Supervises reservations and the allocation of guest rooms with the Supervisor of Housekeeping.
∎ Supervises food orders and the preparation of food with the Supervisor of Food and Beverage.
∎ Applies and ensures the application of the sales strategy to maximize occupancy and average room price.
∎ Supervises the reception team, organizing its work and schedules.
∎ To monitor the quality of welcome extended to guests.
∎ To manage daily billing and payments.
∎ Prepares the daily pay roll report VIP room assignments , and out of order rooms report
∎ Monitor guest service.
∎ Assists in the training of front office employees
∎ Reviews and approves all room move and room rate changes
∎ Handles guest complains and follows them up to reduce future complains
∎ Assists the Service Coordinator/Manager in forecasting room availability to ensure that the optimal level of occupancy is attained
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidates will get preference.
∎ The candidates should be honest, hard-worker and non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
