∎ • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive web design principles.
∎ • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
∎ • Strong knowledge of version control/Git.
∎ • Familiarity with front end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and libraries.
∎ • Skilled in web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ • Knowledgeable in web accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensuring A11y compliance.
∎ • Proficiency in testing and debugging using browser developer tools.
∎ • Experience with build tools and task runners (Webpack, Gulp, Grunt).
∎ • Ability to integrate with APIs for dynamic data display.
∎ • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles for effective collaboration with designers.
∎ • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic development environment.
∎ • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to contribute in the organization’s technical and business development team. As a Front-End Developer at Karooth IT (BD) Limited, the ideal candidate must have following responsibilities:
∎ • Design UI/UX mockups and implement into functional and responsive web pages.
∎ • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and style web pages, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
∎ • Implement performance optimization techniques to improve web page speed and efficiency.
∎ • Ensure web accessibility standards are met, making content usable for all users.
∎ • Work with front end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to enhance user interactivity.
∎ • Use version control systems like Git to maintain code integrity and facilitate collaboration.
∎ • Monitor web performance using tools like Google Lighthouse, addressing any issues to optimize web pages.
∎ • Troubleshoot and debug front end issues, ensuring a flawless web experience.
∎ • Conduct testing and quality assurance to address bugs and improve usability.
∎ • Maintain thorough documentation of code and development processes for future reference and troubleshooting.
