Responsibilities & Context:

Good knowledge of Customer service and commutation with online all sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • The officer (Front desk) will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments, sorting and distributing mail in a professional and timely manner.

  • Greeting and Welcoming visitors.

  • Answering the phone, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate offices.

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records; updating when necessary Creating and maintaining updated documents.

  • Scheduling meetings and conference rooms.

  • Ensuring reception area is tidy.

  • Coordinating mail flow in and out of office.

  • Coordinating office activities.

  • Arranging appointments.

  • Collecting and distributing parcels and other mail.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties.

  • Preparing travel vouchers.

  • Attendance and Leave Management

  • Updating appointment calendars.

  • Supervising support staff.

  • Arranging intern visit.

  • Receiving letters, packages etc. and distribute them.

  • Performing any other job as assigned by the higher authority
