QUALIFICATIONS

 A.     EDUCATION 

Graduation from a reputed university. 

B.     Additional Requirement

·       Previous experience at university level will be given preference

·       Computer Literacy and report generating skill·       Ability to work under pressure

·       Excellent communication skill in Bengali and English

REPORTING

 

The Officer will report to the Director, Administrations or the authorized person

 

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.      Greet and welcome students, guardians, other visitors to the university.

2.      Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and other visitors regarding campus facilities, services, and events.

3.      Provide accurate and up-to-date information on academic programs, admission requirements, and other relevant university details.

4.      Distribute informational materials, brochures, and forms to individuals seeking specific information.

5.      Process & Distribute ID Cards, Bus Passes, Ribbon Holder.

6.      Receive Packages, Letter and Items & distribute them to respective departments/individuals.

7.      Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly.

8.      Support the coordination of university events by providing information to attendees and assisting with logistics.

9.      Work closely with central admin team to ensure smooth operation.

10.   Manage the lost and found recording system, helping individuals locate lost items and ensuring the proper procedures are followed.

11.   Ensure that the information desk area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials.

12.   Ensure the indoor plants are properly watered, bookshelf cleaned and the sofas are dusted off.
