Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist all of clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
∎ Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate departments.
∎ Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with Clients, Vendors, and employees.
∎ Perform administrative duties as directed by management to support daily operations.
∎ Monitor and manage visitor access to ensure office security.
∎ Handle HR-related documentation and maintain proper records.
∎ Coordinate internal engagement events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
∎ Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates social media expertise activities.
