∎ Warmly welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests at the front desk
∎ Manage patient appointments and physiotherapy services, including counseling, confirming appointments, recording patient details, and maintaining necessary documentation.
∎ Ensure the front office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
∎ Perform daily computer work, data entry, and official documentation.
∎ Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and scheduling meetings.
∎ Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
∎ Support additional receptionist duties as required by company policies.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking two (2) Front Desk Officers who are smart, energetic, and presentable to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
