Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet visitors and maintain a record of all the guests coming to the office.
∎ Receive and maintain all telephone calls & respond to them in a well- manner, record all telephone messages, and send those to the concerned desk/s.
∎ Effectively communicate with clients and employees.
∎ Receive, check, and dispatch bills, letters, messages, and documents that come to reception and send them to the appropriate places.
∎ Provide general administration support.
∎ Maintain & organize the reception area.
∎ Assist the HR team at the time of the interview.
∎ Able to speak English fluently to other visitors and guide them to specific destinations.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
