Job Context:
∎ Tele Sales, IT knowledge, Basic Computer skill, hunt through phone calls/e-mails/sms by using a given data base. Documents checking (SOP & CV Update) , Counseling, Admission Process, Content Writing, Compliance Handling. facebook marketing, conversation skill etc.
∎ Admission Officer - 3 month observation or Assessment period, After 3 month 2 years contact will be provided from the office if you are suitable for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide students over phone or/and in person through their course selection process.
∎ Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on daily basis with prospective students
∎ Report to the managers and converting the inquiries into admissions.
∎ Listening to the queries and concerns of the students.
∎ Responsible for scheduling and conducting structured counseling sessions over phone or video or online .
∎ Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
∎ Handling Facebook page and proper English or bangla communications.
∎ Help students for the payment process.
∎ Support for their IT Course enrollment
∎ Keep record & update all the information.
∎ Need to do all necessary training for your development & improve the service
∎ Must obey the office rules & regulation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Desired Candidate Profile
∎ Have good communication skills in English and Regional Language (Sylathi ) with professional presentation.
∎ Preferred for English medium students. (A Levels students)
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of customer behaviour.
∎ Should possess good learning orientation, willing to upgrade one's own product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed given sales targets.
∎ Hand-on knowledge of computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Ambitious and positive attitude, good team player.
∎ Work under pressure
