- Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla
- Must be Proficient in Computer Operation
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Team player and able to follow company hierarchy
- Smart, confident, and customer service-oriented
Responsibilities & Context: We’re Hiring – Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Travel Agency)
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer them to the right department
- Greet and assist walk-in clients & visitors warmly with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Keep the reception area and customer lounge clean and welcoming
- Handle administrative tasks – emailing, booking confirmations, note-taking, and appointment scheduling
- Prepare daily client and booking reports for management
- Assist in preparing daily & monthly financial reports
- Manage social media pages, reply to travel inquiries, and post promotional content
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
