  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Travel, Hospitality, or Corporate sector preferred)
  • Experience in a travel agency, airline ticketing, or tourism company will be given priority
  • Must be comfortable in professional business attire (office dress)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla
  • Must be Proficient in Computer Operation
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player and able to follow company hierarchy
  • Smart, confident, and customer service-oriented


Responsibilities & Context:

We’re Hiring – Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Travel Agency)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer them to the right department
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients & visitors warmly with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Keep the reception area and customer lounge clean and welcoming
  • Handle administrative tasks – emailing, booking confirmations, note-taking, and appointment scheduling
  • Prepare daily client and booking reports for management
  • Assist in preparing daily & monthly financial reports
  • Manage social media pages, reply to travel inquiries, and post promotional content
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
