Additional Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in front desk or reception roles, preferably in hotels, clubs, or hospitality environments, will be considered an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bangla.
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and booking/reservation systems.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Calm, confident, and professional demeanor in guest-facing situations.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Gulshan Club Limited is looking for a courteous, smart, and service-oriented individual to serve as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist for the Club Residence. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience, managing reservations, handling check-in/check-out, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

  • Manage room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest feedback.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and service quality.

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach.

  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.

  • Prepare daily reports related to guest arrivals, occupancy, and issues addressed.

  • Ensure all transactions and data entries are properly documented and updated in the system.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Club Residence Management.
