Responsibilities & Context: Location: Gec to Agrabad, Chattogram.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Check-In/Check-Out
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handling - check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying guest details, assigning rooms, and issuing key cards.
- Processing payments, managing deposits, and ensuring accurate billing.
Guest Services & Problem Resolution.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Addressing guest complaints promptly and coordinating with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to resolve issues.
- Offering personalized service, such as remembering guest preferences or acknowledging special occasions.
Administrative & Clerical Tasks
- Managing reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintaining guest records in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordination with Other Departments
- Liaising with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and special requests (e.g., early check-ins).
- Communicating with *%maintenance for repairs and F&B teamsfor dining arrangements .
Security & Safety Compliance
- Managing key control and ensuring guest security.
- Following emergency protocols (e.g., fire alarms, medical situations).
- Upselling & Revenue Generation
- Promoting room upgrades, dining options, and hotel services to enhance revenue.
Maintaining Front Desk Operations
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Performing shift handovers and updating logs for the next team.
