∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: 1. Ability to solve problem 2.Quick learner 3. Work under pressure, Computer skill, Team working, typing skill in English and Bangla, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors & guests in front office.
∎ Manage All incoming & outgoing calls, send & receive emails with greeting in a professional way.
∎ Providing necessary information, forward calls, receive & send messages and transfer information to appropriate person.
∎ Daily Keep Update customer contact list.
∎ Assist visa & Tours team members for related works
∎ Maintaining good relationship with employees & clients.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good telephonic communication capability in both English and Bengali
∎ Need to do jobs minimum 2 years. We'll appreciate if you do work with us permanently.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Need to do jobs minimum 2 years. We'll appreciate if you do work with us permanently.
∎ Profit Share Up to 20 % Depends on Work (Joining after 6 Months later)
