Responsibilities & Context: As a Front Desk Executive at Easy Diet Consultation Center, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. In addition to handling receptionist duties with efficiency and professionalism, you will play a crucial role in promoting our health, dental and skincare services. Your ability to engage clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our health, dental and skincare treatments will be key to enhancing client satisfaction and encouraging service uptake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the center.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, treatments, and pricing.
- Utilize persuasive selling skills to promote skincare services and upsell treatment packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
