Education:
    • Diploma in Commerce in Commerce
    • Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Commerce
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commerce

Training in customer service preferred, basic computer skills, experience with hospital/HIS software, good communication skills (Bangla & English)

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Receive and assist patients at front desk

  2. Manage appointments and patient registration

  3. Generate bills and receipts (especially diagnostic/investigation bills)

  4. Handle cash, card, and online payments

  5. Provide customer support and handle queries/complaints

  6. Coordinate with diagnostic, OPD, and accounts departments

  7. Maintain proper records and daily reports

  8. Ensure professional and courteous patient interaction
