Training in customer service preferred, basic computer skills, experience with hospital/HIS software, good communication skills (Bangla & English)

Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Receive and assist patients at front desk
Manage appointments and patient registration
Generate bills and receipts (especially diagnostic/investigation bills)
Handle cash, card, and online payments
Provide customer support and handle queries/complaints
Coordinate with diagnostic, OPD, and accounts departments
Maintain proper records and daily reports
Ensure professional and courteous patient interaction
