Education:

- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commerce
Training in inventory/store management, basic computer skills (Excel), experience with inventory software, knowledge of hospital/medical items
Requirements:

Skills Required: ERP Software,FIFO,Inventory Management,Medical Supply Chain,Microsoft Excel,Oversee pricing and stock control,Purchase/ Procurement,Record Keeping,Storekeeping ,Suppliers and Vendor Management

Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain proper stock records of all medical and non-medical items
Receive, check, and record incoming goods (GRN)
Issue materials as per requisition and maintain proper documentation
Monitor stock levels and report shortages/expiry risks
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling (FIFO/FEFO)
Coordinate with procurement and user departments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of store
Assist in stock audit and reconciliation
Prepare stock reports as required by management
