Job Responsibilities:
∎ For taking up the responsibility of reception of an International Trading & Manufacturing Company.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of front office.
∎ Handling PABX system.
∎ Attending to the phone calls and redirecting it to the concern department.
∎ Capable of maintain daily accounts, books of accounts and bank related works.
∎ Understanding the duties and responsibilities of other sections and departments.
∎ Liaison with all sections & departments.
∎ Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in same position in any renowned organisation. ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED and REQUESTED TO APPLY.
