Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from any UGC approved University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support business processes implementation to improve monitoring and protections of revenue streams (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product rollouts, etc.).
∎ Monitor fraud alarms, and initiate escalations and investigations as required.
∎ Engage in mitigation of revenue losses to ensure efficient revenue recognition. Maintain in-depth understanding of industry trends relating to revenue assurance best practices.
∎ Follow-up and coordinate with concern stakeholders to ensure timely closure of the identified issues relating revenue assurance and fraud management.
∎ Proactive business partnering with Marketing, Technology and Commercial teams to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage and prevent fraudulent activities.
∎ Identify customer pain points through analysis of different revenue streams and drive for the solution to protect revenue leakage.
∎ Manage proper documentations of business assurance functions and processes and prepare control description for each control including control execution, monitoring and analysis.
∎ Analyze fraudulent activities behavior/transactions and perform analysis to identify potential fraudulent circles and drive for its mitigation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 5 years of experience in the relevant field
∎ Advance knowledge of Telecom products and service
∎ Advance knowledge of telecom network elements
∎ Advance knowledge on Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management
∎ Advance knowledge on database and source data processing
