Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Certification from Parjatan Corporation will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling operational expenses along with budgeting food and beverage cost.
∎ Forecasting and controlling food and beverage revenue on a monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Involving in the formulation of the food and beverage policies, organization chart, and restaurant policies.
∎ Designing attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
∎ Identifying customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
∎ Working closely with purchase team for pricing and quality purpose.
∎ Planning and proposing training for the team.
∎ Complying with all health and safety regulations.
∎ Continuous monitoring of canteen (i.e., food, Service and stuff).
∎ Visiting Kitchen and dining areas on a regular basis.
∎ Any other activities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least four-star hotel experience is required.
∎ Proven food and beverage management experience
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bangla and English
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
∎ Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
∎ Communication and leadership skills
∎ Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
∎ Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Salary: Negotiable
