∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing day-to-day operations, including employee management, station inventory and supplies, safety and security etc.
∎ Developing budget and business plans.
∎ Actively participating in defining short and long-term goals, policies and procedures, monitoring all activity to identify necessary changes.
∎ Maintaining a diverse staff, delivering assignments, recruiting, scheduling and training staff, resolving employee concerns.
∎ Maintaining accurate records, regularly preparing and communicating reports.
∎ Providing support for senior management.
∎ Motivating and managing sales staff to meet all sales quotas or budget requirements for income.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating the quality of the station and meeting all requirements and regulations with regards to programming and legislation.
∎ Networking with other businesses, organizations and agencies to increase the market for advertising.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7/8 years' experience in FM Radio along with hands on experience in managing station
∎ Having an ability to see the overall BIG picture.
∎ Keep updated with trends in the radio industry as well as technological developments
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge of the Radio market, different station and programme styles and audience demographics.
∎ Business and finance skills.
∎ Ability to generate original ideas and to think creatively about how to communicate them.
∎ Ability to motivate, coach, lead and train others in the team.
∎ Passionate and goal-oriented, particularly toward sales and client relations.
