Experience:

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Diploma in (Glassware / Mechanical / Power/EEE), or Bachelor degree from any reputed university

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age At least 30 years

• 3 to 4 years of direct experience working on a glass manufacturing floor, with at least 1 to 2 years in a team lead role.

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidate(s) with substantial relevant experience.

• Experience in ‘Machine Maintenance’ will be an added advantage.

• Capable of working under pressure.

• `SMART` reporting and communication skills.

• Computer literacy is a must, sound in MS-Office application, e-mail & internet.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production line activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily production targets.
• Allocate duties to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure proper operation of glassware production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects during production.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
• Maintain production discipline and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to resolve machine-related issues.
• Monitor production wastage and take necessary measures to minimize losses.
• Maintain daily production records and submit reports to the concerned authority.
• Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and 5S practices on the production floor.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to workers to improve productivity and work quality.
• Report production issues, equipment failures, and operational irregularities to Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
