Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a results driven retail Floor In-Charge to be responsible for the overall store management, display, and customer services. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain and enhance showroom displays and atmosphere, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
∎ Collect and report customer data and feedback
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
∎ Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
∎ Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
∎ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
∎ Propose innovative ideas to increase sale
Salary: Negotiable
