• Age 25 to 35 years

• Responsible for one of the leading mobile company (vivo) flagship store operations which includes overseeing sales, staffs and inventory overall Store & Inventory related activities

• Responsible for increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies. Also responsible for increasing retail profits and reducing costs.

• Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals. Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed

• Manage store budgets and maintain financial records. Oversee stock levels and order new items when required

• Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. To ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.

• Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles

• Ensure various promotional materials are set up and maintain brand shop’s appearance standard. Collaborate with the head office to ensure maintain excellent communication.

• Must be customer oriented & result oriented. Those who have experience to operate super store or chain store are encouraged to apply.
