Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for one of the leading mobile company (vivo) flagship store operations which includes overseeing sales, staffs and inventory overall Store & Inventory related activities
Responsible for increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies. Also responsible for increasing retail profits and reducing costs.
Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet those goals. Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed
Manage store budgets and maintain financial records. Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. To ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles
Ensure various promotional materials are set up and maintain brand shop’s appearance standard. Collaborate with the head office to ensure maintain excellent communication.
Must be customer oriented & result oriented. Those who have experience to operate super store or chain store are encouraged to apply.
