We are looking Finishing Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager for the factory who are really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.
Responsibilities:
US customer’s Job experience will be additional qualification for selection.
Monitor finishing process and material management & ensure daily finishing production with appropriate quality;
Communicate with cutting, sewing & merchandising teams for any kind of relevant & delivery issues;
Control and monitor costs and other overheads of the Finishing section within the budgeted limit;
Follow up & ensure garments input to different lines according to planning;
Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines and analyzing individual worker performance;
Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record. Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections.
Strong production leadership with problems solving skills. Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
Take preventive action for making non-conformance products & take corrective action for non-conformance products.
Ensure best operational balanced layout and continuase followup for inprovement.
Able to training worker/ staff on SOP/ QMS/ Compliance and on different motivatinoal topics
Able to generate weekly, Monthly, half yearly & yearly all KPIs report and performance to the Top Management & make improvement plan.
Must have thorough knowledge of all compliance related matters
Must have basic knowledge of ERP system
