Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Financial Transformation Analyst, your role will encompass diving deep into financial operations, analytics, reporting, and driving data-backed transformation. Your insights and analytical capabilities will be instrumental in guiding our business towards streamlined financial outcomes.
∎ Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Decipher key financial metrics from income statements like revenue trajectories, expense patterns, and profit margins.
∎ Analyze balance sheet constituents, understanding assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity nuances.
∎ Create and evaluate cost center reports, identifying areas for potential cost optimization.
∎ Recognize and analyze expense trends, suggesting actionable recommendations to achieve cost efficiencies.
∎ Efficiently manage networking capital, ensuring the organization's liquidity and financial stability.
∎ Investigate AR and AP, identifying potential risks or opportunities that could influence cash flow.
∎ Examine inventory turnover and stock levels, recommending strategies to refine inventory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have CACC (Charter Accountant Course Complete) certification.
∎ Profound understanding of Financial Statements and Accounting principles including journal entries and their implications to figure out the chart of accounts affected.
∎ Mastery in Pivot tables and associated data analysis tools.
∎ Robust analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills.
