Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the sourcing and procurement of goods and services in line with the company’s needs and budget.
∎ Ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies to drive cost-efficiency.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure the best value for the company.
∎ Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations.
∎ Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Liaison cum Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and acting as a point of contact between the company and its suppliers, partners, and relevant stakeholders. The role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
