Job Context:
∎ You will be working for our client Titan Capital.
∎ Titan Capital is a renowned and established investment firm, which invests in listed and tech companies. It also undertakes private equity, M&A and Pre-IPO deals in Singapore and across Asia as what boutique investment banks do. Candidates will be working and interacting with the Managing Director and Investment Manager in Singapore to assist in evaluating investment opportunities, as well as structuring various corporate finance deals for its clients. Candidates will be based in Bangladesh and assist the Singapore office. Successful candidates will primarily gain exposure to key functions necessary to be groomed to handle corporate finance and private equity deals. Such skills will be valuable for future positions in Corporate Finance, Venture Capital and Management Consulting. Candidates will also be exposed to meeting C-suite executives in boardrooms and making presentations to them.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in undertaking day to day tasks of managing investee companies
∎ Assist in monitoring and supervising operation performance of investee companies
∎ Perform industry analysis and company research
∎ Prepare investment memorandums and presentations
∎ Assist in undertaking due diligence on business and financials of the new investment projects
∎ Assist in developing financial models to evaluate returns
∎ Assist the Singapore office in proper investment book-keeping and keep track of past projects
∎ Assist in any ad hoc work
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of proven relevant experience in the finance industry, such as investment firms, top 8 accounting firms and securities firms
∎ Highly analytical, strong quantitative and detail-oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
∎ Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA would be desirable
∎ Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
∎ Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
