Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in month-end year-end closing processes by preparing and posting JV, performing account reconciliations and BS accounts analysis.

• Develop strong understanding of company operational and accounting structure by analyzing historical and current financial data. Utilize this knowledge to detect changing trends. Analyze financial implications for budget deviations and provide active feedback to financial controller and CFO.

• Drive the financial planning process by developing planning templates for department managers to complete. Collect completed templates and populate MV budgeting accounts.

• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

• Conduct divisional P&L analysis to complete operational forecasts and report to upper executives.

• Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making

• Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins

• Keep track on industry-specific developments and available data to assist upper management predict upcoming trends.

• Perform accounting data “purification” analysis by verifying expenses and revenues are recorded into proper accounts. Work with controller to make necessary corrections.

• Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.
