Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Finance/Accounting or MBA in Finance/Accounting from reputed university. Experience candidates in MFI/Bank/Bima/Any relevant project will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The accounts officer should be have knowledgeable in international accountancy practice, financial reporting and ensure compliance with International Accounting Standard.
∎ Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
∎ Financial planning including continuously Accounts reconciliation on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Create Voucher Entries (purchase, payment, contract, journal entries, Receipt, memorandum vouchers) for all cash transaction in different registers.
∎ Organizing and filing of all vouchers, purchase requisition, inventory files.
∎ Keeping all cash/sundry creditor/sundry debtors ledgers up to date.
∎ Sound knowledge on Tax & VAT etc.
∎ Keep proper records in MIS and ERP related to all types of maintenance and repairing works.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense.
∎ Prepare and implement procurement plan.
∎ Prepare all kinds of financial reports.
∎ Bank reconciliation/Reconcile fund receipts and payments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have 03 years of experience in accounting work.
∎ Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Willingness to work in the rural areas
∎ Extensive field visit
∎ Monitoring microenterprises and clusters
Salary:
∎ Consolidate 40,000/- (Per month). Other admissible benefits will be provided as per rules of the project & organization policy.
