Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO is looking for a qualified Finance Officer (FO) for `Combating impacts of climate change in severely affected areas of Bangladesh, Project.
∎ Supported by: NETZ Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time up to project period based on performance
∎ Job Location: Bhurangamari, Kurigram
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in similar position.. Responsible for financial administration and accounting, management of bank transactions; preparation of periodic financial reports ; assisting audits; documentation; payroll accounting and payment, Coaching support to Unit Accountant visit the village group and Unit office on regular basis.
∎ Proven skills in financial management, managing of donor/partners funds, VAT, Tax and relevant compliance. Required skilled on budget preparation, budget monitoring and review of project expenses. Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skill. Knowledge on procurement procedure, different payment procedures and maintain books of accounts. Computer skill on MS word, Excel, Power point and email communication. Should have valid Motor bike driving license.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. -31,500/-(Maximum)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 1 festival bonus and 1 gratuity equivalent to 1 month gross salary each
