On this basis we are seeking to employ a suitably qualified Finance Monitoring and Compliance Officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 4 years of monitoring and compliance, internal audit, risk management. Working knowledge of NGO/INGO in Bangladesh and implementation project strategies in rural Bangladesh
∎ Prior Red Cross experience will add value.
∎ Experience of article ship/ Intern with audit firm especially worked with INGOs
∎ Uphold the Fundamental Principles and act with integrity, in accordance with the Society's obligations and values (inclusive, compassionate, courageous, dynamic) *
∎ Ensure anti-discriminatory practice and promote diversity
∎ Flexibility to be available to provide out of hours finance support when required following major emergencies.
∎ Able to undertake travel to operational sites within the country periodically.
∎ Able to work in difficult environmental conditions
