The role:

• The role of Finance Manager – Treasury, Legal & Audit mainly focuses to providing high-quality operational support to the country programme, in a way that recognizes, supports, and addresses the needs to deliver on our missions and of organizations we are in partnership with, in line with our Strategic Partnership Model, while ensuring that Oxfam’s policies, procedures, and minimum standards are adhered to and applied fairly at all times.

• The Finance Manager is also works to provide a proactive, efficient, and effective financial management service at allocated thematic portfolios at Oxfam in Bangladesh (Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar) and ensure financial systems and procedures are working efficiently and effectively.

• as per Oxfam National C2 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT 2,104,742.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
