Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACA, FCA, ACMA, FCMA certified professionals
∎ Training/Trade Course: Tax, VAT, Customs Duty, Income Tax, GAAP, SAP, Software, and TALLY
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, SAP, Tally ERP 9, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles for the company in line with industry practice and local compliance.
∎ Preparation of annual revenue, capital expenditure, working capital budget projected profit and loss account and balance sheet for the business.
∎ Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet & comparison of the same with the budget and analyzing the reasons for variations.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and timely provision of accurate financial reports or statements to management and other stakeholders.
∎ Preparation of monthly & daily cash flows, monitoring of payments and managing of working capital
∎ Month, Quarter and End-year Closing Process
∎ Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders for day to day accounting of transactions, data entries, Collections & cash flows.
∎ Managing and reviewing payroll of office employees.
∎ Monitoring and managing collections and report accurately and accordingly to Management.
∎ Ensuring that all statutory liabilities are paid on time and prioritizing payments towards other outstanding liabilities.
∎ Co-ordination with Internal and External auditors as regards various audit reports pertaining to the business.
∎ Strong knowledge on Custom and Excise Duty, TAX, VAT, laws and implications to resolve any complex VAT, TAX related issues.
∎ Maintain inventory records with physical stock count and Fixed Assets Accounts and register with physical verification.
∎ Onboard, train, manage and develop exceptional talent, and encourage your team to challenge assumptions
∎ Oversee and manage the banking related transactions company bank accounts.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the company within the job scope of the said position.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Accounting Principles and Practices: Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply accounting principles, standards, guidelines, and practices.
∎ Reconciliation: Proven ability to reconcile accounts.
∎ Consolidation Process: Proven ability to manage the consolidation process.
∎ Reporting: Foundational knowledge of the financial reporting process.
∎ Accounting Systems and Tools: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
∎ Procurement Process: Knowledge of standard procurement processes.
∎ Audit Process: Foundational knowledge of the audit process, standards and guidelines.
∎ Job-Specific Software Applications: Ability to learn and use accounting software applications e.g. Tally, ERP, SAP.

Salary: Negotiable
