Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all finance operations including ledger entries, inventory updates, costing, bank reconciliation and payroll functions to be performed effectively and efficiently and ensure all financial reporting is produced accurately and delivered on a timely basis and/or according to the group reporting timetable.
∎ Analyses and explain the variance of monthly expenditure against budget. Monthly review to be held with Director and Hong Kong finance team.
∎ Participate in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast and control spending to ensure departmental expenditure maintained within the budget.
∎ Review costs and identify cost savings opportunities and suggest to the Director on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare monthly cash forecast timely and fund request to HK office.
∎ Calculate recharge and follow-up debit notes issued to factory and UK.
∎ Perform tax calculation and ensure compliance reporting to tax authorities.
∎ Calculate provident fund monthly and prepare monthly PF statement.
∎ Ensure local payments including general payroll are made on time/within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Participate in ad hoc projects as directed by local management and Hong Kong finance team such as process review, system and business process implementation.
∎ Liaise with external auditors and supervise audits in order to ensure accuracy of audit and adherence to procedures.
∎ Communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships with all relevant external institutes including financial and regulatory authorities such as Banks/lending agencies, External Auditors, Corporate Secretaries, Inland revenue, in order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
∎ Oversee all IT-related functions and help/guide IT Executives as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably 8 years solid Finance & Account experience with at least 3 years at managerial level is an advantage.
∎ Bachelor degree or above in Accounting and Finance
∎ Excellent communication skill to manage HK and local team
∎ Hands-on experience in local Tax, Vat rules and regulation
∎ Experience in the Retail/Sourcing Industry
