Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong organization skills and flexibility as per the needs of the organization Skills.
∎ Prospective candidates must have exclusive knowledge and experience on accounting, auditing, budgeting, cash management, financial analysis & reporting and tax & Vat laws of Bangladesh. The candidates should process good working knowledge in English Language and capable to work under pressure and meet the deadlines. Prepare , analyse, and interpret monthly and financial results, forecasts and reporting. Develop and prepare monthly and annual cash flows and budgets. Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of finding to the corporate management. Development and refinement of accounting and reporting systems. Overseeing annual tax processes and liaise with tax authorities. Completion of statutory audits as per financial calendar and ensure necessary reporting with statutory bodies. Interact with financial institutions, lenders, investors. Suppliers and regulators of the Company and ensure required commitments, reporting and compliance are done on time. Maintain financial health of the Company and advise on investment activities. Ensure the adherence with the Group financial management policies and procedures.The person we have in mind should be able to assist finance manager in analyzing and reporting on factors influencing business performance, developing financial mechanisms to minimize financial risk and cost.
∎ He/she should be able to operate computer based financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems for achieving Company's goals and objectives and maintain documentation system of accounts as per financial policies and procedures.
∎ He/she should be able to maintain relationship with banks, arrange for equity and debt financing.
∎ He/she should be responsible for liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate reporting of company's financial performance and positions.He/she should conduct field/power plant visits to ensure adherence to Company's financial policies and procedures complying with the relevant local and foreign compliance with relevance to syndicated financial loan and other local compliance.He/she needs to assist managing and facilitating the fuel import procedure efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum three year experience in similar capacity, preferably in reputed company
∎ Working knowledge of Accounting software packages & MS Excel & Word
∎ Should have a good command English language
∎ Strong organization skills and flexibility as per the needs of the organization Skills
