Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Develop and execute a country-specific strategic plan aligned with global objectives. Identify growth opportunities in new markets and provide strategic insights on trends, risks and opportunities
∎ · Drive business growth by securing new projects and partnerships. Oversee proposal submissions and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and clients.
∎ · Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within budget by adhering to local regulations and company standards.
∎ · Lead, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team. Foster innovation, collaboration and accountability while setting clear performance objectives.
∎ · Oversee the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor profitability, implement financial controls and manage risks effectively.
∎ · Represent the company, enhance its reputation and build relationships with regulators and local communities. Promote the company’s expertise at industry events and forums.
