Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform operations in accordance with established SOPs and job safety standards.
∎ Ensure sound operation of the power plant within the prescribed parameters to meet the declared availability.
∎ Respond to abnormalities and take corrective actions consistent with established operating procedures and good Engineering practices.

∎ Maintain the shift logs, equipment operation data, parameter trends, outage calculation and equipment history records.
∎ Prepare daily operation reports, incident reports and monthly reports.
∎ Conduct routine Checking of the plant to inspect equipment; provides feedback to other teams.
∎ Comply with all site safety requirements and procedures. Identifies safety hazards and takes corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Perform plant switching and tagging of equipment in accordance with approved procedures and prudent operations and maintenance practices under the direction of Management when assigned.
∎ Perform Electrical and Mechanical inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks under the direction of Management when assigned.
∎ Investigate plant problems, incidents, accidents and unusual events.
∎ Provide analyses, recommendations, reports and appropriate follow-up plans.
∎ Perform duty as Chief Emergency in Charge in emergency condition.
∎ Lakdhanavi Limited-Bangladesh is seeking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Shift In-Charge Engineer for its subsidiary located in Feni. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in power plant engineering and will be responsible for overseeing operations within the following scope of work.
