Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to assure Legal & Regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with Law and regulations.
∎ Responsible to perform Risk Management by analyzing the Organizations’ liabilities and investments
∎ Responsible to assist High – Level decisions about Policy and strategy
∎ Responsible to oversee the Organizations Fiscal Activity, Budgeting and Auditing
∎ Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills
∎ Responsible to ensure Cash Flow is appropriate for the Organizations Operations
∎ Manage vendor relationships
