Job Title: Finance Manager

About Us:

Challenger Travels, a renowned travel agency with a legacy of over three decades, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager of Challenger Travels, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our Umrah, Hajj and Ticket Sales department. You will be responsible for various aspects of our business, most importantly in Accounting and Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

·         Regularly updating financial books with accurate information.

·         Create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, communication, and teamwork among staff.

2. Business Insights

·         Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.

·         Develop and implement strategies to optimize our service offerings, pricing, and marketing efforts

3. Sales and Revenue growth

·         Foster relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and vendors to enhance sales and expand our client base.

4. Credit Control

·         Take ownership of company accounts ensuring purchase orders and invoices are paid in due time.

·         Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies to keep our agency competitive.

Qualifications:

1)      Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline

2)      Proven experience in a financial role within the travel industry.

3)      Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

4)      Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

5)      In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
