Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Leadership and Management
∎ Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of travel consultants, ensuring their professional development and performance excellence.
∎ Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to maximize the team's efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, communication, and teamwork among staff.
∎ Business Insights
∎ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize our service offerings, pricing, and marketing efforts
∎ Sales and Revenue growth
∎ Foster relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and vendors to enhance sales and expand our client base.
∎ Business Development
∎ Oversee the negotiation and implementation of agreements with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure favorable terms and exclusive deals.
∎ Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies to keep our agency competitive.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proven experience in a senior management role within the travel industry.
∎ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
